Maruti want to hear only a few good words of praises?
In the “contact us” section of the Maruti Suzuki website the word limit for customers “comments” is so limited so that no genuine grievances may be written in some detail. Does Maruti want to hear only a few good words of praises? I am afraid it will not be forthcoming. The market is flooded with fake “MGP” spares. The service centres are having a ball looting the customers and perhaps the Company has vested interest in turning a blind eye for short gains.
