SX-4 VXI - BEARING CHASSIS NO 101094 AND ENGINE NO – 1226342

Dear Sir
I have purchased SX-4 VXI - BEARING CHASSIS NO 101094 AND ENGINE NO – 1226342 from Gulzar motors ltd form Ludhiana, Punjab in the month of April 08.
In the rainy season the water enters into the base of car making the carpets wet. The problem was shown to the dealer on dated19.06.08 and the floor was dismantled to rectify the problem. The side seals were allowing water to enter the floor of the car.
After rectification ,the problem still remains with the car and the complaint has been lodged with the dealer today again.
The problem with the car has frustrated me because of lowquality products made by maruti and low level of competence of the dealer and i have wasted lot of time for the job and has lost faith in maruti products.i cannot daily go to the dealer for such problems.
AFTER SPENDING HEFTY AMOUNT OF RS 7 LACS I FEEL I M DITCHED BY MARUTI AND SHOULD HAVE GONE FOR OTHER BRAND VEHICLE.
On the day of visit to the dealer special request was made to ED of the company at mobile no-9814081945 for thorough checking but the resultant outcome is very poor. On the same day the complaint was also lodged with Chandigarh office, since somebody was there the call was received at reception and i was assured that somebody will call from the maruti office and problem will be sorted out but till date i have not received even follow up call from your office even.
Under the current scenario i feel harassed and loST faith in the esteemed organization like maruti and have put a question mark on the products and services offered. I FEEL I SHOULD DO A GOOD WORK BY TEELING PEOPLE ABOUT THE QUALITY OF SO MUCH ADVERTISED CAR
Should such a vehical be ever produced or have major problem if no then what is quality control team doing at maruti and if by chance then it is not accepatable because at maruti nobody is allowed to play with the harderned money of the customer and his sentiments. Such vehicals are bought because of passion. And what is the follow up with dealer network.
I have made two written complaint to gulzar for discrepancy in the service for overcharging and deficiency but the outcome is nil. Should such dealerships continue to work.
A strict action in the form of replacement / redressel is awaited form your end.
