Maruti Company

I also found that services offered by Maruti is becoming very poor. I purchased my car from Fort Point, Thane more than 6 months back, but still not received AutoCard. When contacted Maruti Toll Free No., they informed that I need to contact Citibank, and Citibank subsequently informed that I need to contact dealer.
So, I advise that Maruti Company itself should have clarity about their policies. Also, it’s very true that for interior cleaning, Maruti service centre charges Rs. 350-500 during free service time also.
