Yes Mr. Satish, have gone ythrough your details of May 8th, 2007 at 05:42 pm and agree for Poor management for Customers. I am also facing same problem. Have paid full payment of LS model of spark to TRIUMPH MOTORS, E-13/29, HARSHA BHAWAN, MIDDLE CIRCLE, CONNAUGHT PLACE, NEW DELHI PH:011-41536071/77 on 20/10/07. But have not received car till date instate of regular reminders to them [at least 30 telephonic visit & four personel visit (even along with my family members”")]
First of all their Sales Exicutive Mr. Indersingh has commited that they will deliver the car with in weeks time after receipt of payment i.e. by 27/10/07. I got a call from gentle man on 3/11/07 for delivery. As i was not in Delhi, immediately it was confirmed to him that I will visit on 6/11/07 for delivery and mutually date was decided.
On 6/22/07 undersigned gave a ring to Mr. Inder and reached in TRIUMPH along with my family members and Driver (Six persons). To my great surprise!!!! The car was n.a. and no body was understanding even their own fault about wrong feed back and misguidance to customer.
Have talked to The Owner & Mr. Sethi (Manager) and they gave me 3RD commitment that we will get car on 11th (Sunday) evening. Undersigned asked the commitment in writing. Them they gave written commitment of 12/11/07 for Delivery of SPARK LS/ICY BLUE colour.
Although the commitment was from top level and we reached their on 11/11/07, their was no body from sales to in Triumph to give service to customer. Ironically it was holiday of their sales staff. Other available staff was BLANK……… about written commitment of their owner & manager ( it means they are totally un-professional).
On 12/11/07 (today) since early morning, we were trying phones of sales rep. (Mr. Inder) but he was not picking up mobile. When we contacted at office Ph. no., no body was available to give correct feed back to us. At last Mr. Inder picked up phone and clearely denied about their capability to give delivry of Car which was booked on 20/10/07. He toled in plain language that what can he do!!!!!!!!!!! even the commitment of has MD(owner of TRIUMPH) & Manager Mr. Sethi is not being taken care.
Then I contacted on Mobile provided by Mr. Inder. That gentel man told he will convert the lower version PS to LS with power window & will colour the bumpers also. He assured it will look like upper/ordered LS version. These things realy hurt me and I lost all the confidence in this dealer and General Motor(GM) which is more responsible. GM must keep track for these false practices even in their Showroom.
Am still waiting for feed back from any body which will be in line to solution………………………….
