worst experienced with tata broadband.

This is about the worst experienced with tata broadband. i am living in chennai and my place is atleast 3-4 kms away from the city. i got a offer from TaTa broadband for their basic prepaid broadband connection. they told me that my area comes under the feasible list and they would be able to provide dsl connection within 5 working days and i also paid them the amount. I didn't get the dsl connection and when i call the so called tech support which sucks and it run by a bunch of uneducated persons and they informed me that the area i live in doesn't come under the feasible list and they informed the cash will be refunded in one day and it is going to be more than 2 weeks neither they gave me the dsl connection nor i got my money back. i contacted the tata broadband agency and they say that they dont have enough money to refund. please Don't opt for Tata broadband in chennai city since they will simply cheat u and they will treat u as if we have recieve money from them.
